There aren't that many Western pop stars that really get me going anymore, but Kim Petras has won me over. So much of this is because almost all of her music...
So, I have some good news and some interesting news. The good news is that Ke$ha just scored her third No. 1 single in the States with her country-dance anthem, "Timber." I think maybe Pitbull is featured on it too or something? IDK and IDGAF. Anyway, it's Ke$ha's first chart-topper since "We R Who We R" and her first post-Warrior hit, so it's kind of a big deal.
Team Ke$ha are taking their Free Ke$ha movement up another notch. Ke$ha's momma just tweeted a video rallying all the animals to get together and help free her daughter from Dr. Luke's control, then followed it up by retweeting a bunch of "free Ke$ha" stuff.
We've all been waiting for Ke$ha to publicly address Petition-gate, and with the "TiK ToK" legend now in full promo mode for the upcoming second season of My Crazy Beautiful Life, there was no way that she could possibly avoid it any longer.
The movement to free Ke$ha from Dr. Luke's supposedly evil grasp is gathering some serious steam. The petition has already been written about on websites like Spin, Digital Spy, Popjustice, and Perez Hilton, and now one of Ke$ha's main directors, Steven Greenstreet, has tweeted a photo of the singer's fans holding up anti-Luke signs at a recent concert.
