Two of my favourite girls in the whole wide world got some nice Western press this week!

Ga-In did an interview with Billboard to promote the Album of the Year at the 2016 Grammys, Hawwah, while future MTV VMA nominee CL spoke to The Fader about her upcoming U.S. debut.

As expected, honorary American CL’s interview was a little less neutered than Ga-In’s just for the fact that she’s operating more like a Western artist these days, but there was some good stuff from both of them.

Ga-In spilled some tea on the upcoming Brown Eyed Girls‘ comeback, and also mentioned that she hopes to make ANOTHER solo comeback this year if there’s time.

“Actually I’m very busy with the Brown Eyed Girls’ new album. The recording is not started yet so, sadly, I can’t tell you much. But please support Brown Eyed Girls!”

She added, “I want to have a good result with Brown Eyed Girls as well. If it’s possible, maybe one more solo album!”

What the world really needs is a follow up to the witch-pop classic NARSHA, but I digress.

As for CL, she talked about getting lost at an Usher concert and being called Chinese by ignorant Americans, and then spoke about how much more artistic freedom she has under Scooter Braun than she did at YG.

Delusional YG stans, just let that last part sink in for a second. The guy who manages manufactured teen idols like Ariana Grande and The Wanted gives CL more freedom than YG Entertainment. Yet all you dumbass YG stans still believe that YG idols are “artists” and not commercial like other agencies. LOL. Wake up and smell the kimchi, bitches.

“Back in Korea, I’m always in the studio with YG people,” CL tells The Fader. “I’d be given a song, and I’d cut it. But here, I write completely by myself. The last time I recorded at the house, I just invited my friends over to feel a little more natural. I’m feeling artistic.”

The new Lauryn Hill!

The Miseducation of Chaerin is coming!!!
